Intake helps small professional firms (accountants, lawyers, lenders) collect documents, intake forms and e-signatures from their clients. From ChatGPT you can see which clients are still missing documents, draft a document request with a checklist and forms, send it to the client's secure portal, review what they uploaded, read submitted form answers, and manage multi-party deals and reusable templates. Sending a request emails the client, so ChatGPT confirms before sending. Answers a firm marks sensitive, payment records and document contents are never returned to ChatGPT.
