Is it DNS? Ask from a vantage that is not your network. Six read-only tools: check_domain reads a site or domain that is not loading; dig asks one public resolver for one record; trace walks the delegation from the root and shows where it stops; sweep_domain asks a zone's own name servers whether they agree; dnssec_chain reads the DNSSEC chain from the root; registration reads the registry's RDAP record for holds and expiry. Each answer states what was asked, of which server, from where and when, and ends with an api: link to the same reading. No account, no key.
