IZeat

IZeat is a food journal for adults that you use through your AI assistant. Describe what you ate to record meals, with calories and macros sourced from your own values, nutrition labels, reference values or clearly identified estimates. Review and correct entries, preview and confirm deletion, undo or restore recent meal changes, and set your own dated nutrition targets. Interactive day and period reports show recorded-day coverage, calories and macro composition; select a day or period to inspect its detail. Ask for meal ideas from the IZeat recipe catalogue, choose a plate, and request the complete preparation method. A recipe suggestion or preparation request does not record a meal: confirm what you actually ate before logging it. Recipe ingredients are scaled to the selected plate; the written method remains the original whole-recipe method. IZeat does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medical treatment or nutrition targets.
