Keeploop connects ChatGPT to every mail account on your Mac (Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, iCloud and more, as set up in Apple Mail), plus Calendar, Messages, Notes, Contacts and Slack. Ask who is waiting on you, get a brief of your day, find a file someone sent, see your free time, and draft replies in your voice, with cards that show the mail and the schedule right in the chat.
Keeploop also watches for you. Set a monitor in plain words ("tell me when Marcus replies about the contract") and your Mac or phone gets an alert when it arrives.
You stay in control on your Mac. Choose which accounts ChatGPT may see. Every draft or reply is Blocked, Asked or Auto by your rules per account, label and contact, and Ask waits for your click on the Mac. Connecting ChatGPT the first time also needs your approval on the Mac. Remote apps are Read only until you allow more, and one-time and MFA codes are hidden from results.
Your data stays on your Mac, and Keeploop never asks for your mail password. When you use Keeploop from ChatGPT on the web or your phone, our connection service passes requests to your Mac and results back. It never stores them.
Requires the Keeploop app (keeploop.app) on an Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 26 or later. Keeploop must be running with remote access turned on.
