Licitaciones365

Licitaciones365 helps companies find, analyse and follow Spanish public tenders. It brings together the tenders, minor contracts and prior information notices published on Spain's Public Sector Procurement Platform and the regional procurement platforms. With this app, ChatGPT works with your Licitaciones365 account:

• Search in plain language: it turns your sector and region into CPV codes, provinces and statuses, and finds tenders that are still open.
• Analyse a tender: lots, amounts, deadlines, award criteria and their weights, solvency, guarantees and previous winners, with links to the documents on the official portal.
• Ask about the documents: ChatGPT downloads the tender documents from the official portal and reads them for you; Licitaciones365's AI also prepares a PDF report and a competition analysis.
• Organise your team's work: saved tenders by stage, notes, tasks, reminders and a deadline agenda.
• Create tested alerts: before creating one, it tells you how many tenders it would have found in the last month.
• Research the market: contracting authorities, winning companies, statistics and contracts expiring soon.

When you connect it you choose the team and whether ChatGPT can only read or also make changes. It asks for confirmation before changing or deleting anything, and you can disconnect it at any time from the Licitaciones365 app. Winners who are private individuals are shown without name or tax ID.

You need a Licitaciones365 account to connect it.
