Made In Show

Made In Show (MIS) is the management platform for event production companies — audio, video and lighting service providers. This connector links ChatGPT to your company's MIS installation so your team can work with live production data in plain language.

Ask about productions and their schedules, check warehouse availability for specific dates, spot material and crew conflicts before they happen, review how complete a production is, and read production notes and supplier statistics — and, when your administrator allows it, act on the data: reserve equipment, add locations, create productions, and draft estimate texts.

Access is off by default and controlled per user by your MIS administrator: each user's AI access can view data, view and act, or nothing at all. Write operations follow the same per-user permission, enforced server-side on every call; tools designed for impactful changes (such as creating a production) add their own two-step confirmation. The connector authenticates with OAuth against your installation; data flows only between ChatGPT and your MIS backend, is never used for model training by Made In Show, and tool calls are logged for 90 days for audit purposes (responses are never stored).

Requires an account on a Made In Show installation with AI access enabled by the administrator.
