Modem groups customer feedback from chat, issue trackers, and support inboxes into topics, people, and companies. From ChatGPT you can search that graph in natural language ("What are customers saying about billing this month?"), run the Modem Agent, and update your workspace directly: reprioritize topics, merge duplicate companies or people, and keep customer records current. Connecting uses OAuth; search (data:read) and agent/write access (agent:invoke) are granted separately, and write tools act under your existing role in the Modem organization you authorize. Requires a Modem account.
