Connect your Northeast Telemetry customer account to ask questions about the equipment, systems, spaces, and properties you monitor.

Review current sensor readings, historical trends, and available recent device alarms across your authorized dashboards. Ask for a short explanation or detailed calculations, units, dates, and data limitations. Available information depends on your installed sensors, published dashboard configuration, permissions, and retained history.

Explore changes over time with interactive charts and bounded historical analysis. Broad periods use sampled charts and server-side summaries rather than returning every data point. Exact statistics and energy estimates use source observations and identify missing history; an incomplete period is not presented as a complete total.

Where your account owner has configured approved controls, request an exact shared-attribute or client-attribute setting change. Each action requires the appropriate permission and your separate approval in the conversation before execution. ChatGPT or Codex may also request permission according to your connection settings. The plugin cannot choose arbitrary settings or values, send RPC commands, or change dashboard layouts. A stored setting is not independent confirmation of physical equipment state.
