OKA Anywhere connects ChatGPT to your office's own approved procedure documents. Staff ask how the office does something, and the answer comes only from those documents.
What it does Ask a question in plain language. OKA Anywhere answers from your office's procedures and adds a Sources list of quotes taken word for word from the documents. Each quote is checked against the source text before it is shown. When the procedures do not cover a question, OKA Anywhere says so.
Four tools, all read only ask_procedures answers a question from your procedures, with checked source quotes. verify_claim checks whether an exact sentence appears word for word in your procedures. It uses no language model. search_procedures shows up to three procedure passages for a topic, ranked by keyword overlap. It uses no language model. list_boundaries lists what your procedures say they do not cover or do not allow. It uses no language model. The tools read your procedures and change nothing in your documents or systems.
Who it is for Offices that keep written procedures, such as front desk, scheduling, billing and operations guides, and want staff to find the approved answer quickly in ChatGPT.
How to connect OKA Anywhere needs an office account with Forge Agents, and each office has its own office token. When you connect OKA Anywhere, a Forge page opens and asks for that token. Paste it there. The connection reaches only your own office's procedures.
Limitations OKA Anywhere answers only from the documents your office has provided, and answers are only as current as those documents. It is not a source of legal, medical, financial or other professional advice; it reports what your procedures say and who they say to ask. To write cited answers, ask_procedures sends the question and your procedures to Google's Gemini API, under its business API terms. The other three tools use no language model.
