OPEN - what is open right now

OPEN answers one question: is this business open right now, and until when.

Opening hours tell you how a place usually is. OPEN tells you what is true at this moment, because the answer comes from the business owner, who updates it from their phone. A shop that closed early today says so. A place with no fresh information reads UNKNOWN, and UNKNOWN is never presented as CLOSED.

Ask in plain language - "what is open near Machane Yehuda right now?", "find a coffee shop that stays open at least another hour" - and the answer arrives with an interactive map inside the conversation. Service professionals are covered too: plumbers, electricians, handymen and locksmiths report whether they are available for work right now.

Four read-only tools: open_now, search_businesses, get_business and list_categories. No sign-in, no writes, no personal data, no advertising.

Coverage: OPEN is in pilot in Jerusalem, Israel, and the catalogue grows through in-person recruitment of business owners. A query about another city will return little or nothing. Hebrew and English.
