Paragrafiq

Paragrafiq gives your assistant read-only access to Czech law. It can find a Czech or EU act, read a provision as worded on a specific date, show when a provision changed and what the transitional provisions of an amendment say, find the statutory definition of a term, and point to cross-cutting general rules (such as those on time limits, limitation or which law applies over time) that a provision does not itself refer to. It searches and reads decisions of the Czech Supreme Court, Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court, shows how later decisions cited or treated a decision as far as such links are recorded (they are incomplete), and searches public-authority guidance and explanatory reports to bills. Results link to their source on paragrafiq.cz where a page exists. A bundled skill gives your assistant a research method for Czech legal questions: which tools to use in what order, how to check the date and the wording that apply, and when to say that a source does not answer the question. Paragrafiq does not generate answers during your conversation: your assistant composes the answer from the material Paragrafiq returns.
