PaxFlow is operations software for tour operators. This plugin lets you work with your PaxFlow data in plain language.
Ask who is booked on tomorrow's 9:00 departure, which passengers have not filled in their booking form, or which shifts are still unassigned next week. ChatGPT can also make changes for you: create and update shifts and resources, invite or update staff, write email, SMS and WhatsApp message templates, and create bookings in your connected booking system. It can send a message template to the passengers on a departure, resend a message from the message log and reply to WhatsApp conversations.
The plugin has the same access you have in PaxAdmin. It reaches only the companies you belong to and the sections your role allows. Before a message is sent, a booking is created, a record is deleted or a staff member is removed, PaxFlow returns a preview, and nothing happens until you confirm. Every tool call is recorded in your company's audit log under your name.
You sign in with your PaxFlow account. ChatGPT never sees your password.
Limitations: requires a PaxFlow account with AI assistant access turned on. The plugin does not take payments or issue refunds. It cannot change or cancel bookings in your booking system.
