PayCanvas helps authorized payroll teams calculate and review complex payroll from booking and operational data. It collects data from configured sources, shows the records behind each result, runs payroll calculations with built-in checks, helps operators resolve flagged data issues, and can carry forward selected manual adjustments from a prior pay period.

It is designed for businesses where pay depends on trips, bookings, passenger counts, roles, commissions, tips, or other operating rules. Any payroll-changing action requires additional verification, an exact preview, and confirmation, with an audit record for accountability.

PayCanvas does not approve, submit, export, email, or pay payroll.
