Pinateca is a task manager where the same cards can be viewed as a kanban board, a Gantt chart, a calendar, a list, a grid, a timetable, a discussion, or a resource plan. Connect it here and you can ask ChatGPT to read your boards and act on them: list what is due, create a card from meeting notes, move a card to another list, fill in custom fields, or start a new board for a project. The assistant acts as the person who allowed the connection. Boards that person cannot see stay hidden, and the assistant cannot touch billing or issue tokens. Every action appears in the workspace activity log, the same as a change made by hand.
