playout.video is a cloud live streaming service for creators and channels. It turns your own videos into live streams that run 24/7 or on a schedule, and sends them to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn, Kick or any RTMP server. This plugin lets you run those streams from ChatGPT: check what is on air, build a new stream, and fix problems without opening the dashboard.
With playout.video, you can:
- Check your streams: see which streams are live, what they are playing, and why a platform shows an error.
- Start and stop streams: go live on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn, Kick or any RTMP server. ChatGPT asks you before every start and stop.
- Build 24/7 streams: import videos from a link, make playlists, and turn them into always-on streams.
- Change what is on air: skip, reorder or add videos on a live stream, or play a playlist once and go back to the loop.
- Schedule shows: put shows on a weekly calendar in your own time zone.
- Keep your YouTube recordings: start a new broadcast every 11 hours so every part of a 24/7 stream is saved.
- Learn from your audience: see live hours, viewer hours, and the days and hours your viewers watch.
- Plan interactive streams: get step-by-step help with live quizzes and polls viewers play on their phones, and design on-air graphics for the Live Studio.
You need a playout.video account. ChatGPT signs in to it and acts only on that workspace, and what you can do follows your workspace's plan. Uploading files from your computer and running the Live Studio happen in the playout.video app.
