Connect ProxyAI to your assistant to review customer support tickets and manage supported report tasks. Read your bots, ticket messages, staged reply drafts, task schedules, run history and held plans. With optional write permission, send replies you approve, update ticket status and tags, archive tickets, approve or dismiss drafts, and create or manage Weekly Sales Digest, Order Status Watcher and Knowledge Base Refresh tasks. Creating or resuming a report starts its schedule and emails your account; knowledge reports also refresh your knowledge base. Custom tasks, credentials, arbitrary API/MCP tools and external report recipients are not supported. You choose read-only or read/write access during OAuth sign-in. The connection covers all current and future bots in your account and requires the relevant ProxyAI features. Review replies, schedules and held plans before approving actions. Inspect uncertain outcomes before retrying. Revoke access in Account Settings.
