From ChatGPT, a recruiter can create a role from a job description, review and approve the screening guide, invite candidates by email (and by text when the recruiter attests the candidate's consent), follow screening status, and read evidence-based reports that quote what the candidate said. Recruit100x ranks completed screens as a recommendation only: every advance, hold or reject is made by a person on recruit100x.com through a review link, and shortlists and ATS handoffs include only candidates a person advanced. Each report carries a signed credential and the agency's compliance record can be exported.
