Rindee

Rindee provides AI phone agents for service businesses, with three solutions on one account: an AI receptionist for incoming calls, online booking, and win-back calls to past customers. This app connects a Rindee account to ChatGPT, so you can review your calls and manage your appointments, contacts, agents and campaigns from ChatGPT.

Sign in with your Rindee account and choose the organization to connect. ChatGPT can then look up your calls, including each call's transcript and summary, your contacts and segments, appointments, staff, services, locations and time off, your agents with their instructions and tools, your campaigns and their results, your listings, the Knowledge your agents answer from, your phone numbers, call and appointment analytics, the activity log, and your balance and plan usage.

If you allow changes when you connect, ChatGPT can also add, edit and delete contacts and segments, book, reschedule and cancel appointments, manage locations, services, staff and time off, create and edit agents and their tools, set up listings, add text to Knowledge and correct it, and pause or resume campaigns. What ChatGPT can do is never more than your own role in the organization allows.

ChatGPT cannot place calls, start campaigns, delete agents, spend balance, connect API keys, or change billing, the organization's members or settings. You can see and disconnect connected apps at any time under Integrations, Connected apps in the Rindee app.
