Rounds is a proofing tool for designers. Clients open one link, click on the page and leave comments, and every new round of the PDF lands at the same address.
With Rounds connected, you can:
- list your documents and rounds, and see what changed between rounds,
- read client comments with their position on the page, the page image and the text around them,
- reply to comments and mark them as in progress or applied,
- prepare the upload of the next round (you pick the PDF in your browser) and publish it after you confirm.
Comments written by clients are passed on as untrusted content, never as instructions. Nothing is published or changed unless you ask, and publishing a round always asks for confirmation. When you connect, you choose read-only or read-and-write access, and you can disconnect at any time in Rounds settings.
