Connect your SaltWOD box to ChatGPT to develop individual workouts or an entire training week. Combine Strength, Conditioning, Gymnastics, Mobility and Yoga, and adapt training days to your box. Read existing training, find exercises and create editable drafts with exercise links for athlete tracking. Each draft includes a link to review it in SaltWOD, where you decide what to publish.

For box administrators and coaches with explicitly delegated planning permissions. Requires an active SaltWOD account with appropriate access. This connection does not manage class times, coach assignments, bookings, athlete profiles or payments.
