SARA is a retail operations platform for independent retailers. Connect your SARA account to ChatGPT and ask about your business in plain English: open purchase orders, overdue invoices, claims, vendor performance, inventory across Shopify, Square, Clover and Lightspeed, and your open-to-buy budget.
You can also have ChatGPT make routine updates for you: set reminders, add or edit notes on orders and invoices, change an order's ship date, and file or withdraw a vendor claim, with an optional photo. Every change is drafted first. You see exactly what will be saved, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
Sign in with your regular SARA email and password. The plugin only sees your own retailer account. It needs an active SARA account. It does not pay invoices, send email to vendors, or change vendor contact details.
