SiteSpeak lets you build an AI chatbot that answers your customers' questions from your own website, documents and help content. This plugin brings your SiteSpeak account into ChatGPT.
With the plugin you can:
- Read your chatbot inbox, search conversations and mark them as done.
- Reply to a website visitor as a human agent. ChatGPT can draft the reply, and it sends only after you approve it.
- See the leads that visitors left in the chat, with their contact details.
- Check analytics: conversations per day, answer rate, feedback, top questions and the questions your chatbot could not answer.
- Add a web page to your chatbot's knowledge, or recrawl a page to update it.
- Change chatbot settings and suggested messages.
Open the SiteSpeak app from the ChatGPT sidebar or beside a conversation to work in a full dashboard with Inbox, Leads, Analytics and Knowledge tabs.
You need a SiteSpeak account. Sign in with your SiteSpeak login when you connect the plugin. The plugin can only see the chatbots that your account can access.
