Sotrics is an analytics platform for Amazon sellers and agencies. Connect it to ChatGPT and ask about your Amazon business in plain language; answers come from your Sotrics data. Sales, profit, inventory and returns come from Seller Central; advertising numbers appear once your Amazon Ads account is connected (the sample account shows demo PPC data).

What you can ask:

  • Sales and profit: headline numbers versus the previous period, a P&L by day, week, month or quarter, per-product profit, margin and ROI, trends, sales by region, returns and expenses.
  • Product health checkup (SKU optimization): net revenue, CM1/CM2/CM3, FBA and Amazon fee percentages, return on capital, turnover and keep/fix/drop analysis per product.
  • Advertising: PPC overview (spend, ad sales, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS), campaigns, customer search terms with wasted spend, PPC benchmarks and negative keywords.
  • Inventory: stock and days of supply per SKU, restock forecast with stockout and reorder dates, purchase orders and cash flow.
  • Market: keyword rank tracking, competitor prices and listing changes, Brand Analytics Search Query Performance and product research projects.

Read only: Sotrics never changes anything in your Sotrics account or on Amazon. Every answer uses the same calculations and permissions as the Sotrics web app, for each seller account your Sotrics login can open. Sign-in uses OAuth; your password and Amazon keys are never shared with ChatGPT.

Requires a Sotrics account (sotrics.com) that the Sotrics team has approved, with an Amazon seller account connected.
