See what needs attention in your company, a department or your own work: overdue actions, off-track success factors (KPIs), focus goals, tactical projects and risks. Find and filter actions and other items by owner, department, priority or due date. Browse key result areas, strategy goals and success factor reviews, and open any action, tactical project, idea, problem, risk, record of discussion, strategy goal, success factor, focus goal or Digital Manager Note with its notes, as well as records from other StrategyX modules such as changes, inspections, assessments, permits and assets. Look up people, departments and positions, see how much time people have for new work (available, planned and logged hours over a date range), and search by title across every company you connected.

ChatGPT can also make changes for you: add actions, focus goals, ideas, problems, tactical projects, records of discussion and Digital Manager Notes; mark actions complete; add notes to any item; set an action's priority or an item's rank; add, tick off or remove the checklist lines on an action; update a Digital Manager Note; and approve, decline or answer the approvals, due date requests and discussions waiting on you. ChatGPT shows you each change and asks before it saves anything. Items themselves cannot be deleted through ChatGPT.

Everything runs as you, under the same rules as the StrategyX app: you see and change only what your StrategyX user can already see and do, in the companies you choose when you connect.
