Connect your account to review project progress, inspect coded results and segments, estimate credit costs, configure questions and start coding after confirmation. Download supported Excel results and codebooks. Upload new survey files through the SurveyCoder portal, then return to the conversation; chat attachments are not imported. SurveyCoder coding uses your organization's credits. Purchases, adding tracking waves, applying Refine suggestions, enriched SPSS exports and tabulation books remain in the portal. Applying an import with replacement can delete existing questions and coding; review the replacement summary before confirming. Requires a SurveyCoder account and an organization with assistant access enabled.
