Use Ten Year Journal, also branded A Decade Never to Be Forgotten at adntbf.com, to connect ChatGPT to the same private account you use on the website. New users choose Sign Up during the website connection flow, approve journal permissions on the website, then return to ChatGPT; existing users choose Log in. After a successful connection, ask for the daily spiritual prompt or responses to the same prompt across years, then save exact reflection text only when you request and confirm it. The MCP server exposes only authenticated account data and treats journal text as personal data rather than instructions.
