TendMyStore for WooCommerce

TendMyStore is a WooCommerce store-management tool for store owners and staff. Manage your product catalogue, inventory, orders and promotions, and read sales reports through conversation.

What it covers: products and variations (prices, sale dates, stock, categories, tags, attributes, images by link, reviews), stock alerts and stock updates, orders (find, create, change status, addresses and items, notes, order emails), refunds, customers, coupons, shipping zones and rates, tax rates, which payment methods are on, store settings, webhooks, reports (sales, best sellers, key figures, leaderboards), CSV export and import, and printable invoices and packing slips.

You stay in control. Deleting things, changing many items at once, emailing customers, recording refunds and changing store settings first show a preview; nothing changes until you confirm. Every change is kept in a 30-day history that you can list, and most changes can be undone; permanent deletions cannot. TendMyStore never moves money: refunds are recorded in WooCommerce, and payment refunds stay with you and your payment provider. Payment credentials are never read or changed.

Sign in with your store. Enter your store's address, sign in to WordPress if asked, and approve TendMyStore on your store's own approval screen. TendMyStore never receives your WordPress login password: the approval creates a separate application password for TendMyStore, which it keeps encrypted and which you can remove at any time under Users > Profile > Application Passwords. That application password has the same access as the WordPress account you approve with; for an administrator, that is the whole site, so approve as a Shop Manager for less access. If your store cannot use this approval, TendMyStore offers a WooCommerce key approval instead.
