The AR Agent chases overdue invoices for small businesses. It reads your accounting system and your mailbox, works out what each customer needs, and drafts the emails. Every message waits for your approval before anything is sent.
With the plugin you can ask, in plain words:
- Who owes me money, and how late is it?
- Why hasn't a customer paid? What did they last say?
- Who has promised to pay, and did they?
- Chase a customer: the agent writes the follow-up and leaves it in the app for you to approve.
The plugin reads your book and can ask for a draft. It cannot send an email, approve a draft, or change anything in your accounting system. An account with nothing owed, or one you have paused, is refused with the reason.
Requires an AR Agent account connected to Xero or QuickBooks and to Gmail.
