TimeTackle

ChatGPT plugin

Analyze where your time goes

View in ChatGPT directory

TimeTackle turns your calendars into time data. Connect your TimeTackle workspace to ask how time is spent and to log time without leaving ChatGPT.

What you can do:

  • Analyze meeting time: total hours, meeting counts, people and organizations met, and trends by day, week or month.
  • Break time down by your workspace's tags and properties (projects, clients, departments and more), per person or per calendar.
  • List your calendars and look up events with the same filters as the TimeTackle web app.
  • Create, update and delete your own manual time entries, with tags.

Who it is for: teams and individuals who already use TimeTackle to track and report time from Google or Outlook calendars.

Limitations:

  • You need a TimeTackle account; you sign in with it when you connect.
  • Results cover only the calendars you can access in TimeTackle (owners and admins see the whole workspace; other members see the calendars, teams and people they were granted).
  • Data exists only for your workspace's sync range; dates outside it return nothing.
  • Manual entries are always created for the connected user.
  • It does not create or change calendar events in Google or Outlook.

Skills

  • client-hours-report

Build a client hours report from TimeTackle - total hours per client, and per person for each client, for a billing period, as a ready-to-share table. Use when the user asks for client hours, a billing summary, or hours spent per client or account.

  • get-started

Set up TimeTackle after installing it - confirm the connected workspace, what data is available, and suggest first questions to ask.

  • log-time

Log time in TimeTackle from a plain description - turn "I spent 2 hours on the Acme proposal this morning" into one or more manual time entries with the right tags, confirmed before saving, and fix or remove entries just created. Use when the user wants to log, record, add, correct or delete their time.

  • meeting-load-review

Review meeting load in TimeTackle - meeting hours and counts over time, the mix of meeting lengths and sizes, recurring versus one-off meetings, and who organizes the most, with practical suggestions grounded in the numbers. Use when the user asks about meeting overload, how much time goes to meetings, or how to reduce meetings.

  • time-breakdown

Break down where time went in TimeTackle - hours by tag, project, client, department or any other property for a period, optionally per person or per calendar, including untagged time. Use when the user asks how time was split, what took the most time, or hours per tag or property.

  • weekly-timesheet

Build a weekly timesheet from TimeTackle - a person's hours per day and per project or tag for a week, with untagged time and days with little tracked time called out. Use when the user asks for their timesheet, what they worked on this or last week, or a weekly summary of their time.
