Upmetrics

Work on your Upmetrics business plan and financial forecast in ChatGPT: read and summarize the plan, write and edit its chapters, check your numbers and update the forecast. Upmetrics is the business planning app founders, small-business owners and consultants use to write business plans and build financial forecasts.

What you can do:

• Read your business plan: its chapters, what each one says, and its saved versions.
• Write in it: add, rename, move or duplicate chapters; add and edit sections such as text, SWOT, competitors, milestones and use of funds; save a version before big changes and restore one later.
• Understand your numbers: the finance summary (revenue, profit, break-even, cash runway), the financial statements, the dashboard, and actuals against plan.
• Edit your forecast: add, change or remove revenue streams, costs, payroll roles and funding, and rename forecast groups.

How it works: you sign in to Upmetrics and approve the connection. You can leave editing unticked for a read-only connection. ChatGPT only reaches the companies you own in Upmetrics. Deleting a forecast item first shows what would be removed and needs your confirmation.

Limitations: you need an Upmetrics account that includes AI-assistant connections; if yours does not, the Upmetrics sign-in page says so. Company setup, deleting chapters, finance settings, charts and exports stay in the Upmetrics app. The plugin does not create companies or share plans with other people.
