Run qualitative research

View in ChatGPT directory

User Intuition runs qualitative research with real people: AI-moderated in-depth interviews, concept tests, and prototype tests. Teams in consumer goods, retail, and tech use it to learn which packaging claim shoppers notice first, why shoppers switch brands or stores, what happens on the path to purchase, and why new users never activate or customers cancel.

Each interview runs 20–30 minutes and follows up 5–7 levels deep, from what people did to why it matters to them. Findings come back as themes with verbatim quotes linked to the interview they came from.

Recruit from a 4M+ vetted panel, invite your own customers, or recruit B2B audiences to order. Interviews run by voice, video, or chat in 80+ languages. Concept tests can show packaging, claims, ads, or designs; prototype tests can show clickable prototypes, websites, or landing pages. Methodology: https://www.userintuition.ai/methodology/

The assistant drafts the study plan and shows it to you before anything is fielded. A panel launch uses a current cost estimate and needs your explicit approval; recruitment can consume account credits and place a payment-card hold.
