Voxbind Voice Memoir

Voxbind turns one person's WhatsApp voice notes into a hardcover memoir: every note transcribed and dated, grouped into chapters, and a QR code on each chapter that plays their own voice.
How it works: 1. In WhatsApp, open the chat and choose Export chat with media (Attach Media on iPhone, Include media on Android). 2. Attach the ZIP in ChatGPT and ask for a memoir. Voxbind lists who sent voice notes and how many; you choose one person and confirm you may use their recordings. 3. Voxbind keeps only that person's voice notes and deletes everything else in the export straight away. It transcribes each note in the language it was spoken. 4. ChatGPT reads the transcripts and suggests chapter titles in the person's own words. Fix a misheard word or leave a note out in the card. 5. Preview every page, then order the printed book. Address and payment are entered on voxbind.ambientapp.ai.
The book: a 6 x 9 inch hardcover with a contents page, dated chapters, the transcript of every note under its date, and a QR code at the start of each chapter. Any phone camera opens a private page that plays the original recordings, with no app or account. The back cover holds a code for the whole archive. Printed and shipped to the United States and Canada.
Also works with recordings from a phone's voice recorder (m4a, mp3, wav, ogg, opus). Exports too large to attach, or attachments that don't come through, go in on a private upload page.
Privacy:
- Only the person you choose is kept. The chat text, photos and videos in the export are deleted as soon as it is read, and other people's voice notes when you choose, or after two hours if you don't.
- No voiceprints: Voxbind knows who sent each note from the names in the export, never by analysing anyone's voice. It never imitates or clones a voice.
- Audio stays on Voxbind's server; ChatGPT receives only the names in the export and, after you choose, the transcripts.
- Delete a memoir at any time: say "Delete my Voxbind memoir".
Limits:
- Up to 600 voice notes per memoir; books of 24 to 320 pages.
- Notes in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew or other scripts the book can't print yet can be listened to but not printed.
