Worktivity

Worktivity is workforce analytics and time tracking software. This app connects your own Worktivity account to ChatGPT so you can ask about your work in plain language.

What you can ask, depending on your role in the workspace:

• Everyone: your own profile, hours worked, timesheet, app usage, leave balance and leave requests, plus the projects and tasks you can see.
• Managers: your team's hours, rankings, productivity insights and trends, app usage, activity heatmaps, who is in today, the leave calendar, leave requests, timesheets, customers, and time per project.
• Owners and co-owners: labour cost summaries, risk lists, Productivity Coach reports, AI credit balance and subscription status.

If you belong to more than one workspace, one connection covers all of them. The assistant asks which workspace you mean instead of guessing, and it follows the role you have in that workspace.

Reading is the default. A workspace owner can separately allow writing, which lets the assistant create and update projects, customers, tasks and task comments, and lets owners and co-owners set leave entitlements and approve or reject pending leave requests, only where your role already allows it in Worktivity. Deleting is never possible through the assistant. Screenshots, timelapse videos and browsing history are never available to it.

An owner turns AI connections on for the workspace and chooses who may connect. Every call is recorded with who asked, when and which tool ran, and any connection can be disconnected from Worktivity at any time. You sign in with your Worktivity account and confirm what the assistant may access.
