Sodium Practice Management

Sodium is practice management software for UK accountants. This connector lets Claude work in your Sodium practice on your behalf, using only what your own Sodium login is allowed to see and do.

Look things up and get things done across your practice: clients, contacts and notes; tasks, recurring work and workflow steps; statutory and internal deadlines; document requests and data forms sent to clients; proposals and letters of engagement; billing lines and invoice submissions; synced client email; AML records and HMRC agent authorisations; Companies House; time entries; and a lot more. Reports cover deadline compliance, service turnaround, team workload, client responsiveness, WIP ageing and time against expectation.

Make changes too: create clients, contacts and tasks, add notes, log time, update tasks, client details and workflow steps, move a client's service between stages, draft proposals and document requests, and send data forms to clients.

Example requests: "Give me my morning briefing", "Which VAT returns are overdue this week?", "Who hasn't returned their SA questionnaire?", "Log 45 minutes on the Smith accounts task", "Are we ready to start work for this client?"

Write access is only used where you grant it, and tools that change data are marked as such so Claude can check with you first.

Sign in with your Sodium account. If you belong to more than one practice, Claude asks which one to use. You can disconnect at any time from Claude's connector settings.
