Unless

Unless is an AI platform for customer support and self-service. Businesses use it to run AI agents on their website and support channels, backed by a content library the AI keeps up to date, a public help center, and personalized experiences for their visitors.

With the Unless connector, Claude works in your Unless account for you:

• Review content library changes the AI has suggested, and accept or deny them
• Read and browse content library pages, and roll back changes from the change log
• Look into conversations between your AI agent and your customers
• Analyze insights: pageviews, outcomes, AI maturity, common questions and the sources the AI uses
• Create and update AI procedures, audiences and personalizations
• Manage help center categories and FAQs, and publish your help center
• Create and follow up on tasks, and run quality control reports to score your AI agent

You connect with your normal Unless login, including SSO and multi-factor authentication. You choose which Unless account to connect, and Claude acts with exactly your role and permissions. It can never do more than you could in the dashboard. Claude asks for your confirmation before every change it makes.
