WealthSnap™ helps financial advisors onboard and service clients by collecting information through simple web forms and writing responses directly to Wealthbox. Start requests from Claude, keep client records current, and trigger Wealthbox workflows when forms are submitted.

Find or create a Wealthbox contact, choose a WealthSnap™ form template, and confirm delivery by text message or email—all through a conversation. Clients complete a secure form, and their responses automatically populate the mapped Wealthbox fields. No portals. No PDFs.

Use WealthSnap™ for new client onboarding, contact updates, beneficiary information, and household data collection. Forms support prefilled information and householding, allowing clients to provide details about spouses, children, beneficiaries, and other relationships.

When enabled for the template, submissions are also saved as structured Wealthbox notes, making the information easier for advisors and connected AI tools to reference.
