Atenda Social

Atenda Social is a social media assistant for small businesses. This connector lets you manage your Atenda Social account from a conversation.

What you can do:

• See an overview of your account: drafts, scheduled posts, post ideas and credit balance.
• Read your brand kit and the Instagram accounts connected to Atenda.
• Create a new post draft from a short brief. Atenda writes the caption and hashtags with AI and generates the post image with AI, in your brand's colors and voice.
• Change a draft: set the exact caption or hashtags, or describe a change in words ("make the title bigger").
• Schedule a draft on your connected Instagram account, publish it now, or save it to your library.
• List scheduled posts, move a post to a new time, change its caption, or cancel it, and delete drafts you don't need.

Good to know:

• AI-generated images and text are saved as drafts for your own Instagram account. You review them before anything is published, and nothing is published until you ask. Publishing, cancelling and deleting always need your request.
• You need an Atenda account with Atenda Social. To publish, you also need an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account connected in the Atenda app.
• The assistant signs in with your Atenda login and can only see and do what you can in the app. Disconnect at any time in your assistant's settings.
• Works best in Portuguese; English briefs also work.
