Endelir

Endelir helps a business owner prepare detailed knowledge and instructions for an AI assistant handling sales enquiries and customer service. It reads supplied websites and PDFs, including scanned PDFs where the server OCR runtime is available, saves interview progress, flags missing or conflicting information and asks the owner to confirm facts. Training means preparing knowledge and instructions, not fine-tuning a model.

With a compatible V2 Endelir account connected and the relevant permissions approved, it can create private PDF fact sheets or catalogues from approved customer-facing facts; prepare exact catalogue changes and text templates for owner review; guide WhatsApp and calling setup through the existing secure Endelir/Meta screens; rehearse hypothetical customer answers with the configured AI provider. Saved drafts and documents do not automatically become live AI knowledge. Catalogue activation and template submission require their own review. Meta decides template approval.

The connection identifies the business owner. New permissions are reviewed separately. Internal selling floors stay in dedicated owner settings and are excluded from customer PDFs and knowledge exports. The plugin does not send customer messages, place calls, take payments or establish stock/booking availability.

An Endelir account is required for connected features. Complete sign-in, credentials, verification, capture notices and outbound charge acknowledgment only in Endelir/Meta. Test the live assistant before customers use it.
