Ask Bobibo to:
- Show your schedule: "What jobs do I have this week?" shows a schedule card with times and clients.
- Find and add clients by name, email, or phone.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel jobs for existing clients.
- Review invoices and payment status: drafts, sent, overdue, and paid.
- Draft an invoice from line items, then email it to your client with a secure link to view and pay.
Bobibo asks you to confirm before it reschedules or cancels a job or sends an invoice. It cannot delete clients or invoices, charge a card, or issue refunds. ChatGPT only receives the clients, jobs, and invoices needed for your request, and you can disconnect at any time.
