Canarics

Canarics runs AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls for sales and service teams, and analyzes every recorded human call (summary, quality score, sentiment, next steps). This connector lets a team's own AI assistant read minute usage, voice agents, call summaries, AI-agent conversations and daily statistics, check history with a specific caller, and request an AI callback to customers the team already knows. Companies without an account can sign up directly: without credentials the server exposes signup tools that provision a trial with a demo voice agent generated from the company website. EU-hosted (Google Cloud Run, europe-central2). Read-only by design where it matters: no transcripts, no voice-agent prompt editing, no cold-call capability.
