Talentin helps recruiters and hiring teams work an entire sourcing pass inside ChatGPT: draft a job description from a rough hiring requirement, search the Talentin candidate database with a job description or plain-English brief, review compact candidate cards, open full work-history profiles, and run detailed match analyses that score one or several candidates against the role with requirement coverage, pros, cons, and a summary. Users can also paste a resume to get a recruiter-style fit analysis against a specific job description. Each user connects with their own Talentin API key, so all searches and analyses run against their own Talentin account and quota.
