Outplay is a sales engagement platform. This plugin lets you work with your Outplay workspace from ChatGPT.

What you can do:

  • Find prospects, accounts (companies) and deals, and read their details, notes, emails and activity.
  • Create and update prospects, accounts, deals, notes and tasks.
  • See your sequences, enrol prospects in a sequence, and pause, finish or activate outreach.
  • Review your pending tasks and complete or skip them.
  • Log calls and SMS, and read call history and call recording analysis.
  • Read performance reports: emails, calls, tasks, sequences and team leaderboards.
  • Manage workspace settings such as prospect stages, call outcomes and meeting outcomes.

Who it is for: sales reps, sales managers and revenue operations teams that already use Outplay.

What you need: an Outplay account with API access. You connect with the API client ID and secret from Outplay settings, and choose your Outplay region.

Limits to know about:

  • The plugin can only see and change what your own Outplay user is allowed to. Your role and plan apply to every action.
  • Actions that change, delete or send something (for example overwriting a prospect, deleting a record, or starting a sequence that emails prospects) are labelled as such, so ChatGPT can ask you to confirm them first.
  • Call recording analysis needs an Outplay Intelligence licence.
  • Task lists cannot be filtered by due date.
