STMA

STMA is the operations layer for coding agents. Connect Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to a workspace, and STMA shows what each agent is working on, warns two agents before they change the same files, carries the rules the workspace publishes to every agent, hands work from one agent or machine to another with the exact Git commit it continues from, and keeps a record of what each run did.

From Claude, STMA is where you ask about that work and direct it:

• See what is waiting for your agents, what they finished and what is stuck.
• Give a task to a named agent on a named machine; it arrives in that agent's inbox.
• Read the rules your agents follow in a project.
• Compare two machines' environments when something works on only one of them: tool versions, lockfile hashes and environment variable names, never their values.
• Search the problems your team already solved, and its reference knowledge.

Tools that only read run without asking. Every tool that writes, such as giving an agent work, posting a message or starting a run, asks for your confirmation each time.

STMA works for one person with several agents as well as for teams. It needs an STMA account, free during the public beta. Environment variable values never leave the machine they were read on; only their names are stored. Messages and knowledge written by other people reach Claude as data, not as instructions.
